    Key Take Outs

    · The Life Purpose Advisor Method

Module 1: Know thyself. Review the synchronicities that are all around us in our lives. Many of these may be viewed us just experiences and tools for fun but the truth behind it all is that we are all in search mode during these life experiences.

Module 2: Practices and rituals. Implementing practices that help us get into a routine state of relaxations. Practices like hiking; yoga and mediation really help us to slow down and allow us to catch up a little.

Module 3: Transforming the body. Understanding the intelligent nature of the body that we live in and that the body has messages for us is taken care of in this module. It also looks at how nutrition and exercise plays a role in finding your purpose. When you treat your body well you will be able to better receive and understand those messages.

Module 4: Be mindful. This is like a wrap up of the previous three modules and really make a plan and creating practices in life that will allow you to be mindful and to take notice of the signs that show up to help you find your purpose.

    ·      Being grateful for what is right in front of you and choosing how you show up. Our natural response is to place blame externally but by really analyzing what is behind what causes such emotional responses in our lives we can better understand the best next step. Be grateful of what you have and remember how you show up makes such a big difference. Simply be present with a smile for example is huge.

    ·      Take time out and time in solitude. While having a breath of fresh air is not all that it takes to make change but getting out of those everyday patterns really helps stimulate thoughts and creativity. We can become more in touch with our higher calling. This can be time out on a holiday but even time out during the day. It helps you reflect on where you are, create more presence, be conscious of what you are grateful for all we have. Meditation or hiking are examples of these.

    ·      Practices and commitment. When you start a new practice its important to commit and have consistency in your approach to your practice. Each of us is different in how we handle our practices yet it will not become a strong practice if its not followed with some level of consistency. If you miss a day it may not be detrimental but if you miss many you will fall out of good habit. After time you will find that when you miss it you will force yourself and stop at where you are and do the practice. This is discipline and commitment.

    ·      Have and open mind and always be exploring. Being that many of us have a herd mentality it is sometimes hard to be open to other ideas and practices but in efforts to grow and create better understanding in life and importantly with

    ·      Tackling challenges. We must remove the victim mentality and understand that we all have challenges in life. We are not alone. Find support and surround yourself with great people that can help assist you with these challenges.
