· Enjoy life’s pleasures. Its great to be disciplined in life but sometimes you have to take it easy and be kind to yourself. Don’t go neglecting those simple pleasures for the sacrifice of life. If it doesn’t hurt or kill you its ok to enjoy these things from time to time.
