In todays solo show I talk about leadership qualities and how they relate to each of us individually as we take responsibility of leading ourselves towards greatness in our own lives.
The Leadership qualities I discuss are: Communication, Collaborative, Honesty & Trust, Transparent, Inspiring, Commitment, Confidence, Positive, Creative, Problem Solvers, and Intuitive.
It is in all of us to be great leaders and without claiming that I am one, I do open up as to the qualities I feel I excel in and those that I still lack. It’s a transformational journey and by simply creating awareness we may be able to better direct our energy to improve our skills and leadership qualities.
