  • How to Have it All: by delivering on the promises you make to yourself by Christina Guidotti

“The secret to having it all is to know that you already do.”

This is not New York best seller or a highly recognised book however the content is pretty cool. Christina is a businesswoman turn life-coach and is certainly not another overnight coach claiming to being able to transform others lives.

She has great experience in business as well as solid knowledge and life practices herself that help her lead a life that she desires. In this book she shares and delivers a great deal of information that can help you create and live with greater success.

There is not particular niche focus within the pages of this book but rather a broad focus on the key principles that you can adopt to ensure you create a life in which you have it all.

For those of you into personal transformation then much of the content in this book you will likely be familiar with. For others just starting out on their personal transformational journey or looking to make some change and create more momentum in their life, then this book is a great starting point.

Being familiar with most of the content I found comfort in what Christina has to share. Having adopting some of the practices that she uses in her life I can also provide reassurance that this stuff works. It is also nice to see information interpreted in different perspectives as it helps create and grow deeper awareness.

Like I always say, we can learn something from every one we meet and certainly every book we read and this book is no exception. It you can just take away one thing that you can implement in your life, that has the ability to have profound impact and affect then you are on a winning path.

Christina has created what she calls the fulfilment model that is the path to achieving fulfilment in your life. The content of this book is based on this model and includes: taking responsibility; finding clarity; making choices; driving productivity; and discovering purpose.

The steps make sense yet for many of us we become so thrown of track that we are simply following a path without reason and without purpose. This can be attributed to a number of different causes such as societal expectation, diverse upbringings, or even disconnection with your own personal awareness.

The logical place to start then is with you. Personal transformation is all about that. It is your life and it is therefore your responsibility to take ownership of it. This is the starting point in this book and for you on your path to having it all.

Becoming more personally aware of who you are, is essential. What are your strengths and weaknesses, what are your values, what is your truth? When you can connect with your inner self you will then become better able to express it.  This includes coming to accept what is and avoiding resistance on your path forward. Not accepting and putting up walls of resistance will only slow you down, hold you back, and even stop you dead in your tracks.

From this point you can then adopt many of the practices Christina highlights in this book including value setting and visualisation activities on creating your ideal days to help you better direct and make stronger decision in life.

She also illustrates how to drive your productivity. I would consider personal effectiveness and productivity the key to a fulfilled life. Without it, it is hard to have it all. When you are too busy you are likely less effective in what you do, if you want higher levels of freedom, peace and calmness yet still strive for success your ability to become more productive is critical.

The book is wrapped up with discovering your deeper purpose in life. I am a big believer that if you follow the steps outlined in this book suing the fulfilment model or even other approaches with similar steps you will discover your purpose and your why. This is what our life’s journey is all about.

Grab a copy of this book and reach out to Christina. She is a lady with great experience and certainly ability in helping you further in creating a life in which you have it all.

Until next time peace, passion and purpose.
