Summary
“Don’t die while your music is still within you.”
Spirituality and enlightenment is often something that is seen as only available to only those “wise gurus” however the process to enlightenment is something that we can all share. The issue is trying to make sense of all the information- it can be a little overwhelming. Bring in Kirstie Ganobsik and Trina Noelle.
They write and share lessons they have learnt as well as common sense approaches and experiences, sometimes humorous, that help make our understanding of self practice of enlightenment less intimidating and more achievable. In this crazy world we live in we can all certainly benefit from these practices, tips, tricks and other methods to help live our lives with more fulfillment and peace.
In this episode we have a down to earth chat about enlightenment but if that’s word is too much to digest basically we talk about how to find your passion and purpose, and how to live life with greater peace and calmness. The ideas and thoughts we share in this discussion can benefit us all.
I really hope you enjoy today’s show and please let me know what you think. Until next time, peace, passion and purpose.
Key Take Outs
- Reconnect with your childhood. Try taking yourself back to your childhood and remembering all the things that use to make you feel good. Not only can this process reconnect you to things that make you happy but it can also point you towards your life’s passions.
- Ask Questions. Taking the time to ask yourself questions is a powerful way to connect with your purpose. Like reflecting back to childhood moments you can also through questions ask yourself about what now makes you happy and what now do you enjoy. What is it that you really would love to be doing in life and how can you make it happen. Ask yourself questions.
- Experiment and express. Beyond asking questions and connecting with past life experiences in efforts to find things your passionate about you can also just try and experiment with many things. This will allow your inner self expression and when you connect with something you love this may be a signal
- What problems were you designed to solve? What are you passionate about, what are your skills and talents and with your tool box of life what problems can you help solve for others. It is often when in line with your strengths and passions that you have much value to give, teach and help others with.
- Remove your mask. We are almost conditioned to wear masks in life but you can really recognize your truth when how you are at home is how you are outside. By removing this disconnection you will make life much easier to live and give you much greater happiness in general.
- Work from a place of love. Start from a place of loving yourself. You are enough and you are unique. What you have to offer is powerful and finding this you will find purpose. It is ok to walk a path that is your own and most importantly find ways to express it. Don’t reach your end with your music still within you.
- Surround yourself with the right people. When you surround yourself with likeminded people you will find your momentum and progress more profound. This is your tribe and the right tribe is your best strategy for survival.
- Consume positive material. There are books and great audio out there that can help inspire, motivate and educate you. Fill your mind and body with great fuel and you will produce great value and live a peaceful and happy life.

Thanks for the great interview Leigh! We had a great time about passion, purpose, and tips from the trenches of dream leaping. – Kirstie and Trina
i love what you say. i think you would appreciate my two books:” Who Are We Really?, Learning to Listen to Life’s Clues” and “Living On Intuition, Enriching Life Through Inner guidance.” Both are simple life experiences from one who is always seeking further spiritual unfoldment.
Thanks, Robert, I’ve looked them up on Amazon. Living on Intuition sounds particularly interesting because I’ve been working on strengthening my ability to follow those internal nudges. Trina and I both appreciate the listen! -Kirstie
