The Art of Impossible: A Peak Performance Primer
One of my favorite authors joins me in this interview to discuss his newest book The Art of Impossible. We delve into Steven’s many years of research, work, and training that focussing on the art of peak performance and the state of FLOW. This idea of peak performance and ultimately succeeding in life is not just privy to a select few, it’s available for us all and it is highly likely we’ve all experienced and can relate to moments of flow. I love this topic and love this guy for all his work and research and I’ve loved this conversation, I hope you do too!
