Key Take Outs
- The Verge. This is the place you flourish in life. This is available to us all right now and exists within us already. This is to become aware and present now to who we truly area and expressing our individual beauty. The sooner we realise that we have all the we need, the sooner we will start living life fully.
- What makes you feel alive? It you can become more aware of what it is in life that already makes you feel alive and then take the time to reflect and appreciate those moments you will train yourself to be more aware in each moment in the future. By building your awareness you will be more present. If you are not aware you wont have the conscious focus.
- Be present. Ask yourself this questions – how present am I right now. While reading this what is it that distracts your mind. The more you can ask yourself this questios the better you will become accustomed to being more present.
- Your busy mind. The mind is cluttered by thoughts of the past and thoughts of the future. We are overwhelmed by our to-do lists and information. We are so busy in our minds that it is hard to become present to life right now. If we don’t wake up now we may just miss out on this great opportunity, we have all been given – to live life and discover what it means to be human.
- Practice. Like all habits and behaviours, it is only through consistent practice that we improve. If you set out with the expectation that you will become an expert in a short period of time you will fail in your attempt to reach any goal. Start off small if that is required and don’t be so hard on yourself. If you remain consistent, disciplined and avoid the temptation to give up when results may not seem to appear flourishing you will better you chances of releasing the true results.
