    • Would you like passion with that? Doing what you love even if it means spending a little time on it each day will have a tendency to brighten up your life in all other aspects. Passion breeds passion. So get started doing something that inspires you.
    • Take small steps and lower your expectations. When starting out, especially if you are following a passion as a side gig, its important take action. But don’t expect to be able to achieve it all overnight. The process is gradual and if you really enjoy it, have  big goals, dreams and amitions but don’t expect it to come straight away. The path to brilliance is a journey.
    • Practice, consistency and regularity are key. If when what you do you do consistently you will build strong habits and habits are a key to success. Often, what many of us do is try do too many things inconsistently rather than just doing a few things regularly.
    • Do it for yourself. If what you do you love and it benefits you on a deeper level you will more likely stick to it. The act of persistence with effort and passion will lead to growth and this will be great value to others. You must enjoy what you do. If you don’t particularly enjoy some part of what you do find a way to enjoy it.

    What advice would you give to your 20-year-old self?

    Start a lot sooner.

    Making sure my kids grow up as happy kids and to be able to do what I love.

    What is your number one productivity advice?

    Use the POMODOR technique. Set yourself 25 minutes and then at each interval have a 5 minute break, focusing on only one task at a time.
