Key Take Outs
- The journey of life. We are all on a journey to enlightenment however it is how you do life that must be considered. For so many of us we get trapped in the conditioning of life that a true enlightened journey is never realised or at best it takes a long time for any realisation.
I believe strongly that if you are not happy where you are you need to become more aware of this and take the courage to make change. Learn and adopt practices that will help you get you on a path truer to yourself and fast track your journey of enlightenment.
- Happiness is life. The innate desire of all human kind is happiness. I believe this relates to all life. It’s more than a desire, it’s a force. This force creates the basic human desires and how we aim to fulfil these desires is the key to more or less happiness entering our lives. If you know what happiness looks like to your unique soul and you will be in better position to direct yourself, through your behaviours and actions, to living the life you desire.
- Conformity and conditioning. If how you currently live your life is not how you truly desire to live than you need to make change. Remember your conditioning and the almost natural state to conform will challenge you as you attempt to redirect your life. There is no rule or condition on how you should live your life so do as you will, as your intuition directs you.
