I set myself a challenge 3 months ago and opened the doors for others to join me. One reason I did this was to really hold myself more accountable but in the aim of inspiring and assisting others why not share my journey. It was a journey.

In this episode I discuss the results of my 3 Month Challenge 2 Transformation. This is really a summary of what worked and what didn’t with lessons to continue the progress. Cont.
Here they are:
- Don’t bite of more than you can chew.
- Focus on the plan, don’t allow things to infiltrate it.
- Be mindful of the wins, not just the failures.
- Understand the trigger points and do anything to avoid them.
- Be more specific on the end reward. Is it a point at which you can break and fall back into old ways or is it ongoing? Starting & ending behaviours is ongoing not a goal. Therefore, it is not about stopping a behaviour it’s about implementing a new one, strongly, by a set date that replaces the old.
- Don’t give up. Reflect and learn from the past but don’t let it stop you reaching your dreams and living your legend.
