We often hear about our behaviour habits but what about the habits of your thoughts. What you think about affects the action you take. What if you practiced different thoughts, how would that change your life?
Mahatma Gandhi said that “Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.”
