The Power of No: Effectiveness and Self-Mastery
“If something is not a “hell, YEAH!”, then it’s a “no!”
The power of no is really a practice of effective resource utilisation. It is said the successful are very proficient at saying no. It is not only a matter of saying no to external demands to limit such strains on our resources but also a practice of saying no to the internal demands and requests. The inner voice that guides us despite our deeper wishes.
In this episode I wish to discuss my thoughts on the power of no. How it can help us better utilise our resources such as time, energy, money and thought to improve our effectiveness. And how it can also assist us on the journey towards Self-Mastery.
