432 A Life With No Regrets
“If I were to look back on my life would I have regret for how I am living my life today?”
Not so long ago for me, life didn’t make much sense. I couldn’t make sense of what I was doing or where I was heading. I really started to wonder that if this is how my life would continue for the next 5, 10, 20 or even 30 what would be the point of it all.
And as I pondered this thought I knew I had to do something to change. The paths that I was on weren’t giving me a great deal to be excited about and I didn’t want to look back on my life regretting it. I may be absolutely wrong but I get the feeling that I am not alone.
If Bronnie Ware’s research is anything to go by then perhaps I wasn’t too far off the mark with how I felt about my life. She discovered that the number one top regret of the dying was this: I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
I’m far from perfect but I’ve made a great deal of positive change in my life and better off for it. I’ve never been happier. And I want to pay it forward.
To do this I am rolling out a trial mentoring program that will support a book I’ve just completed writing called The Ultimate Life map. I am looking for 12 people to join me who are serious about making some positive change in their life.
If this sounds like you and you’d some further information, please message me directly or email me at thehiddenwhahyguy@gmail.com and we can set up a time to have a chat.
