“It’s better to die in pursuit of your dreams than to live a life without hope.” Terry Brooks
Not so long back my family and I decided to pack everything up and move to Japan. I’d be lying if I’d say I wasn’t scared, fearful or filled with doubt. The truth is I still have doubt. Was it the right move? What’s next?
The decision, however, was made for good reason and despite all the challenges, fears, and conditioned beliefs, we went for it.
What made the decision easier was that we made sure it was aligned with our values. We did it based on what was important to us, what we wanted for our life.
I understand it’s not the kind of lifestyle move that everyone wants to make, it’s just what worked for us. What I would encourage is that you live your life. Don’t think you have to follow the common paths in life or conform to the status quo. There are plenty of other options for those willing.
Back yourself, have faith in what you desire and go after your dreams. Change is possible! Creating a lifestyle, you love, may be much more possible than you think.
I am not there yet, maybe I never will be, but I believe I’ve created the right tool to guide me – my Life Compass. It allows me to make better-informed decisions based on my values, dreams, passion, skills, needs, and desires. Wherever life may take me I feel when my Life Compass guides me I will find joy in the pursuit.
I am looking for individuals to join me in my mentoring program I’ve designed to help create the lifestyle you want.
