Addition and Subtraction – A Formula for Happiness
By Leigh Martinuzzi
In an interview, I recently hosted with Jodi Aman, a Psychotherapist, Auther and proponent of Happiness – she described a simple formula or definition of Happiness.
It goes, Wants – Don’t Wants + Practice = Happier.
I am sure there is more to this from her research and perspective but I thought in this episode I would share and explore my thoughts on happiness and how this formula may just provide some assistance.
I hope you enjoy.
