Get 8-9 hours of sleep a night and reading – its a meta-habit.
What advice would you give someone that needing/wanting to make a change in their life?
Life will always have problems, so embrace that and when you do you will develop better skill in dealing with problems.

What activity gives you the greatest sense of joy?
Weightlifting.
