The Secret to Peak Productivity: A Simple Guide to Reaching Your Personal Best
By Tamara Myles
Written and narrated by Leigh Martinuzzi
Tamara Myles is a Certified Professional Organizer and productivity expert. She helps people get organised to help them achieve better results. Having worked with many individuals in areas of their personal lives she found the same model and principles could be applied in the business arena to help anyone accomplish peak productivity.
In this book, Tamara outlines her Peak Productivity Pyramid. Like Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, she suggests as you become more organised with your physical and electronic environments that are essential to survive before you can climb the ladder and focus on other areas such as time management, goal-activity alignment and possibility to not only succeed in your endeavours but to thrive.
I found many of the principles simple to understand and most of them not uncommon or new and being that I am a bit of a productivity nut myself the information to me wasn’t groundbreaking. In saying that if you wish to improve your personal output and effectiveness this is a great place to start. Please enjoy this book reflection of The Secret to Peak Productivity.
