Allow Life To Emerge Naturally – Not By Force
What if rather than trying to force everything that we desire in life we allow it to flow naturally? Would that bring about more abundance with less anxiety, stress and obstacles along the way?
The more I reflect on my past and those things that I tried to force into my life the more I believe that a forceful approach may not be the best approach. The greatest events or achievements that I have had in life have been those that have almost arisen without any force.
When we chase the dollar, the house, the promotion, the love of our life what we are doing is trying to bring about change that is without our control. We try influence reality by force rather than allowing reality to breathe and rise through us.
I wonder how this affects our state of conscious awareness to these aspects of life. If we don’t chase after what we desire does that mean we will become lazy in pursuing our full potential in life? Will this affect our attention on all that we desire and therefore block out many opportunities that may have allowed abundance to enter our life?
No! Doing things by force does not mean your passion and fire within your soul will be diminished. It is simply another approach. When we try and force more of what is without our control into our lives we adopt behaviours that are forceful in nature. This behaviours may work occasionally and is often therefore why we think they work. However, more often than not they are ineffective. Partly because they are not congruent with the principles of life.
When we still have passion and desire for what we pursue in life yet adopt more conducive behaviours things will show up with less conflict. This is because we are not trying to work on what is external to us but instead working on what is already within.
You can improve your health by eating well, exercising, mediating and practicing in the arts on mindset but you cannot improve your health by relying on medication to heal. Unless it is a natural preventative type medication. The former are inner behaviours the later, medicine, is external. Trying to improve health by relying on an external element, not what is within may work in the short term but wont be sustainable longer term.
The same applies to other aspects of our life that we desire more abundance. We chase more money and promotion by trying to influence things outside our control rather than working on what is within.
Allow what you desire to come about through you, don’t rely on it happening to you. The resistance you will face will lessen and the ride to all that you desire will be more pleasing and more likely come about.
