When do you think of when you hear the name Anthony Robbins? What are your assumptions of who he is?

Well perhaps they were like mine such as cheesy late night T.V sale dude turn to motivational crazy talker. Perhaps they are something along those lines. Perhaps even phony.

Well I will eat my shorts, hat or perhaps something nicer like barramundi with rice, miso soup and veg. The point is I stand corrected.

I have discovered this man only a few years ago and it still took some convincing and changing beliefs and assumptions until I finally jumped online and purchased some of his work, that being this book.

Why did it take so long? In my new way of life, that is continual seeking self improvement and learning, Tony kept popping up until eventually I had to cave and give him a shot.

I will never look back!

This book is epic. It is by far the longest book out there in its genre I am sure. And every page is so juicy and overloaded with flavour that will change your life, and that I am also sure.

It took me 6 months and to be honest I may have gone a bit quicker but you really need time to digest each part of this book, down to each chapter, page and even sentence.

Of all the books I read I certainly do get moved and this would be in the top 3 I have read in the last 12 months. It is done with exceptional knowledge, experience, and outstanding research and so well written it will without a doubt have you taking control of life immediately. Or perhaps you will just close the book and move on, your loss.

Tony breaks the book into to digestible chunks that have a flow from one to the next. This really helps you think and learn about one topic before delving even deeper.

He uses stories, real life examples and tested results to explain everything and even creates methods and ways to remember and practice each topic. There are even homework topics throughout so you can get straight to work.

It is a book that will make you think so heavily about who you are and were you are and certainly guide you how to get you to your peak state. And coming from the peak performance master, what he shares is truly incredible.

I have listened to him more since starting this book and will continue to go out of my way to get more of him in my life. The book itself is one that I will continually go back to.

I now view Anthony Robbins in a totally new light. Out of all the mentors in my life, other than perhaps Richard Branson, he is one person that I would assume has total control over his life. We all often slip in life and face challenges but I reckon Tony would very, very rarely do so and even if he did he would so quickly regain control.
