In this episode, I speak with Dr Linda Wilson and Stress and Anxiety. It’s an awesome chat about how to overcome the accumulating effects that stress and anxiety have on our lives. Dr Linda Wilson is a Stress Management Specialist, Author, Trainer and Presenter who understands that the capacity to use your mind to change your brain also changes your world. Linda supports corporates and individuals to better identify, understand and manage their stress. Linda’s work is informed by her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Graduate Diploma in Education (Health) and 18 years clinical experience in her multi-modality wellness practice in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Linda is most passionate about what she teaches and lives and breathes it herself. Linda is also the Author of ‘Stress Made Easy – Peeling Women off the Ceiling.’

Know your “why.” Get clear on it. Build your resources to help you stay on track and live purposefully to that.
