Everything Is F*cked: A Book about Hope
By Mark Mason
This book flection is written and narrated by Leigh Martinuzzi
Mark Mason is a blogger, author and entrepreneur. Having not read any of his previous work and only hearing him speak here and there I was a little sceptical about the contents of this book. The tittle I thought may have just been a hook into a time warp of purposeless information. I was wrong! I thoroughly enjoyed reading about how Everything Is Fucked and our desperate search for hope.
Hope – a feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen.

This is a short mash-up of a few recent motivational rants shared live on my Facebook and Instagram channels.

No Ego! with Cy Wakeman
In this episode, I share with you again one of my favourite interviews of the past. The Power Segment
This year I am bringing back “The Power Segment” on The Hidden Why and I’d love it if you’d join me.
Each week in this segment I will speak to a guest expert for 20 to 30 minutes on a particular topic of their choice. A topic that they are passionate about and knowledgable on. In doing so I hope we can all take away some value and even practical tips and advice that will assist us in living a life with greater freedom, fulfilment and happiness.
My passion is about helping others create lifestyles that dissolve suffering and regret while moving them towards living a life of meaning. In this episode, on top of discussing the reintroduction of the power segment, I chat briefly on the topic of happiness. I hope you enjoy and looking forward to you joining me in future episodes.
The topic is Happiness.
Let the show begin.

The Hidden Why Podcast in 2020
A quick episode before I take off for a couple of weeks.
Here is the plan for The Hidden Why podcast in 2020 for those of you who are interested.Enjoy the holidays!Merry Christmas and Happy New YearWhat Holds Us Back
Written and narrated by Leigh Martinuzzi
Mindset – the established set of assumptions, attitudes or methods held by one or more people or groups of people. It can relate to an incident, world view or philosophy of life.
Psychologist, Carol Dweck, discovered after decades of research that people can be defined by two mindsets and that is the fixed and the growth mindset.
It’s very simple to grasp the concept but what more interesting is how these mindsets that we hold can influence and shape our lives. They can be the cause for much pain in life and the reason many of us get held back or avoid things. Alternatively, they can propel us to achieve levels in life that we may never have thought would be attainable.
