Why Turning Off The TV Will Change Your Life

I made a decision to turn off the TV a few years back and it was the best decision I made. Instead of watching hours of mindless or negative TV I read books. Books that inspired me, that educated me, that gave me more opportunities to observe my mind thus allow me to better understand and create a greater life. (more…)

Only What Can Suffer Is Real

If only that which can suffer is real how does that assist us to focus and act on only what is truly important. For what can not suffer that causes us suffering may been a unwise use of our time. A tricky thought but one that I feel has benefits. What are your thoughts?
