“You’ve got to walk into the fog.”
What does living life with passion and purpose mean?
Why am I doing this? He is inspired by why we do things and he loves being enchanted with life and this earth. This ability is to deepen his experience in this enchantment and opening that door for others to touch and experience also.
And while all these elements are real and exist sometimes he just has to wonder why. Asking the questions is so important.
Key Take Outs
· Health affects all aspects of your life. Health is not to be treated separate from other areas of life, like work, family, pleasure but rather integrated into all areas of life. Without great health each are will be impacted in some way and while this may not be noticed in the shorter-term it may have more devastating effects over the longer-term.
· Follow you passion, instincts and desires. To take a journey down the unknown path is what often stops many us from taking any action at all. Sometimes you simply need to trust your intuition and trust the process from there. The path will form as you clear the track.
· Take just one step. Continuing from the last point its all really about just taking that first step. A baby when learning to walk does this in within weeks can confidently take many more. On your journey this it perhaps the most important, just take action and take one step into the fog.
· Fall and learn the lessons. When you start out you may fail and fall more often, use these moments as learning experiences and from there stand back up and take that next step.
· Become comfortable with being uncomfortable. All great things and growth in life occurs outside our comfort zone. By doing and living life every day that is not unfamiliar you will not experience growth. If you continue challenge yourself and step into the darkness you will learn to see better and continue to grow.
· How to make a career out of your passion. This is covered in the previous take-outs but worth repeating. When uncertain how you will make a career in your field of passion its important to take action because you will never find appropriate solutions if you don’t face the problems and you can only face the problems by taking action.
· Focus on your gifts. Strengths are what you are good at they are you can offer the most value to the rest of the world, to your audience. Leave your weaknesses for someone else take of, someone with more passion and strength in that arena.
· Be humble, find patience, be persistent and find balance. I suggest you listen to this in the show I think about the 35-minute mark. Outstanding tips throughout your journey.
· Give yourself permission. Be yourself. When you are congruent with who you are, your word, values and beliefs life will become less of a struggle. Give yourself permission to be who your really are and live in full respect of this, it will transform your life.
· Tips on how to remain focused as a creative person. Build your team. Create project lists. Create Games.Block or chunk your time. Get tools such as the Pomodoro App (productivity app see show notes).

Summary (cont.)
He has a company also called super feast that allows people to gain access to all the tonics, herbs and remedies he believes to be essential in finding healthy balance.
What does he mean by a multi dimensional approach to health? He describes this as very “slippery” for the mind but with explanation it can begin to make sense.
Rather than approaching health as another segment of our lives he prefers to integrate it into all parts of our life. Health is not just one aspect but represent in every element of life. If we want to truly experience the balance within our body we need first to own our health. Without health our physical body can suffer and therefore our life in all areas can become more a struggle.
His journey into this field that is without doubt is his passion is not such an unfamiliar story however he just gave himself absolute permission, and took action to follow this path. You can read his awakened moment below.
Stepping up to the plate and really wanting to live a more desirable life was the driving force behind his motivation to take a step in his true direction. He describes this transition as a bit foggy as like many of us in the beginning we are not so clear on which way to go and without seeing first hand the path it often holds many of us back from venturing forward.
Through the fog you often don’t trust your desires, your instincts, your passion and yourself. This is the culture that we are bought up in yet trusting these feelings, trusting in your intuition is the guiding force that will help us through the fog.
We discuss the challenges he faced along the way with many cool analogies and take-outs as you can discover below and the messages for everyone are very consistent to the journey he has taken.
While he began the process of “unplugging form the matrix” he struggles to see how he would monetise and more so make a career out of this newfound passion. Without knowing and without being put off he still delved forward and describes this as a key step to take otherwise you wont find out how to make it work. We discuss his journey into making this a full time gig in this episode.
“I’m just going to trust the process.”
By trusting the process he found that not long after being in the arena of his passion people began asking him for advice. Through this advice he started to evolve the business beyond selling into more a consultant and health coach. This led him to selling hi potency tonics and herbs that became more of a niche upon his already existing platform.
We discuss he strengths and his weaknesses and how he remained on focus and how to be able to manage multiple focuses by using a five-step process and keeping on track towards your visions. Check out the four steps below in the key take-outs. Being a visionary he learnt to become more humble, patient, persistent towards his passion and in finding balance. To hold onto his greater visions while still remaining humble meant taking baby steps keeping balance in life and in all areas hold good health.
The conversation is in depth and very relevant to anyone taking the steps towards living a life true to their passions. There are many key take-outs and a lot of valid points of advice to help us all take more appropriate action. It all revolves around health and redirects back to having good health and balanced body, mind and spirit.

His Moment of Realisation
Mason explains his upbringing as typical white bread upbringing in Australia living the typical Aussie lifestyle. Bread, weetbix, and fast food were the standard and like most parents believed they were making healthy choices. What was believed was to be a healthy lifestyle in more recent times might not be so. This may sound familiar to many of us.
Not until his 20s did he discover more to health than what he was aware. When he had his ‘click’ moment he found himself riddled with fungal infections, his adrenals and kidneys were tapped out, he was exhausted and uninspired by life and while on a trip in Bolivia he had his moment.
He remembered laying against the window of the “chicken’ bus in the morning without any energy and at that moment fell into his body. He experienced his body and just had a wow moment that his body was not right and he had been ignoring his body’s signals for some time. This was his chance to make change.
After that trip his immediately started to research across all areas of health and having an open mind he made greater discoveries. He didn’t focus on specific problems directly related to him but rather all areas that began his amazing fascination with health. Within a short time he overcame many of his illnesses.
But in reflection he actually started to awaken his instincts and followed what his body desire to do and what he was passion about and gave himself full permission to dive into this field. While continuing to study business, which he had no interest in at all, he was disciplined to finish it yet was essentially studying full time health on the side spending all his spare time and resources on this field.
From there he step by step started living a life of passion and purpose and made a career out of it.
